There are many challenges that come with PTSD.  Anxiety is one of them.  Insomnia is another.  A weighted blanket can help with both of these. Wrapping  up in the blanket when experiencing panic attacks can help you calm down and breathe more evenly.   the weight of a blanket while sleeping will help calm your nervous system and allow for a more restful sleep.
