There is a nurse practitioner that is work with who has restless legs. When I first started making Restful Wraps, she asked me to make a very heavy one for her. She had been tracking her sleep nightly and she was frustrated, and tired. When she used the heavy blanket she went from 2.5 hours of sleep a night to 5.5. A marked improvement for her! For her, the blanket needed to be VERY heavy, beyond the recommended amount. Other clients have felt better with a smaller blanket for just their legs. But still heavy. I recommend that anybody who struggles with restless legs, try adding weight, and then order a Restful Wrap based on what you found that helps. Even if you have to have the dog sleep on your legs 😆.
